The new facility — including a 77,500-square-foot expo hall — is projected to open in fall 2026 following storm damage delays and construction progress.

Shad Khan’s acquisition of the original fairgrounds site in early 2025 enables the expanded facilities to integrate with broader industrial and recreation uses on Jacksonville’s west side.
