I’m Drew Kazemba, a full-time real estate agent based in Jacksonville. Since moving here in 2022, I’ve helped close over 100 transactions—including homes, land, investments, and new construction—and currently rank in the top 0.02% of agents in Northeast Florida.

I average $13 million in annual sales and help more than 35 families each year. My team and I are also building homes in Jacksonville Beach and Neptune Beach, giving my clients valuable insight whether they’re buying, selling, or looking to build.

I treat every deal like it’s my own—honest, hands-on, and fully committed to getting the best result possible. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking with my fiancée and our dogs, surfing, or watching college football. I'm always just a call or text away.
